1) Who we are
“Asset Bloom”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the Asset Bloom group/business and its affiliated entities that provide real‑estate advisory and brokerage support for properties in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including services to customers and leads in India.

Service note: We are a real‑estate advisory/brokerage business. We are not a bank, not a government authority, and we do not guarantee investment returns. Property availability, pricing, offers, and eligibility can change and should be independently verified.
2) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you:
- Visit or use our websites, landing pages, or digital properties (including enquiry/lead forms)
- Contact us or interact with us via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, social media, or in-person meetings
- Attend our events, webinars, site visits, or property presentations
- Become a lead through advertising campaigns (including lead-generation campaigns in India)

A. Information you provide to us

- Enquiry details: message content, preferred areas/projects, unit type, investment goals, and budget range (often in AED)
- Communication preferences: whether you prefer WhatsApp/phone/email and whether you consent to be contacted on those channels
- Transaction support information (if you proceed): documents/details needed for booking, paperwork, compliance checks, financing support, or relocation/visa-related coordination (only where necessary and shared voluntarily)
B. Information we collect from communications
- Call/WhatsApp/email metadata: date/time of contact, channel used, and conversation history
- Call recordings: calls may be recorded for quality, training, dispute resolution, or compliance (where permitted)
C. Information we collect automatically (when you use our websites/online forms)
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and approximate location inferred from IP
- Cookies/pixels: used to operate digital services, remember preferences, understand performance, and improve marketing effectiveness
D. Information we receive from third parties

- Advertising effectiveness: measure and improve campaigns (including India-based lead generation for UAE properties)

- Compliance & protection: meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, protect our business, and resolve disputes
We aim to collect and use only the information that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.
5) Legal bases

6) Marketing, cold calling, WhatsApp & opting out
Asset Bloom markets UAE property opportunities and services to interested customers, including through advertising in India to find leads looking to buy/invest/relocate to the UAE. As part of this, we may contact you by phone and messaging channels.

Cold calling / sourced leads
In some cases, we may receive your contact details from marketing partners, referrals, public sources, or lead providers where permitted by law. If you ask, we will make reasonable efforts to explain the general source category for your lead (e.g., “lead ad”, “partner referral”, “event list”), unless restricted by law or contractual obligations.
Call recording
Where permitted, calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and compliance.
Opting out / stopping communications
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing

Opt-out and the phone/email you want removed.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you via a specific channel (e.g., “stop WhatsApp messages”). We will honor your request within a reasonable time and maintain an internal suppression list to respect your preferences.
Important: We aim to follow applicable telemarketing/anti-spam rules and consent requirements. If you believe you were contacted in error, please contact us so we can investigate and update your preferences.
7) How we share personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in limited situations such as:
- Within Asset Bloom teams/entities: with our India desk and UAE team members who need it to serve you
- With UAE developers/sellers & partners: for availability, pricing, payment plans, booking requirements, and viewings (only when relevant)
- With service providers: CRM/lead tools, telephony/WhatsApp/email tools, hosting, analytics, and customer support systems
- With professional advisors: legal, audit, compliance, consultants (as needed)
- With authorities: if required by law, regulation, or lawful request
- Business transfers: in case of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale (with appropriate safeguards)
We share only the information needed for the specific purpose, and we expect partners/service providers to handle information responsibly.
8) International transfers (India & UAE)
Asset Bloom operates with teams in India and the UAE. Your personal information may be collected in India and processed in India and/or the UAE, and may be stored/processed using service providers located in other countries depending on our tools and infrastructure.
Where cross-border transfers apply, we take reasonable steps to use safeguards consistent with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.
